By accessing or using Krishishastri and related services provided by KRISHISHASHTRI AI TECHNOLOGY ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Krishishastri is a farm management platform that provides tools for task tracking, cost management, inventory control, AI-based advisory, and related agricultural technology services. The platform is offered on a free and paid subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Harvest or collect user data without consent

5. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all farm data you input into the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our AI recommendations and safety alerts are advisory in nature. Final farm decisions remain your responsibility. We are not liable for crop loss, financial loss, or other damages resulting from your use of or reliance on our recommendations. Always consult local agricultural experts for critical decisions.

7. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
