Alpha Pilot Notes

Pilot Notes

What we’re testing on our own Nashik alpha pilot farm. These are self-reported notes from the team building Krishishastri — not independently audited, and not external customer results.

ALPHA PILOTOur own farm · Nashik, Maharashtra

Our Nashik Mixed Horticulture Pilot

The alpha farm we run ourselves to build and pressure-test KrishiShastri.

Size
7 zones
Crops
Tomato, Chili, Turmeric, Pomegranate
Workers
2 full-time

Challenge

We were spraying pesticides blindly. No records, no tracking, no idea if we were making or losing money. Worker tasks were managed on WhatsApp — photos got lost, costs were forgotten, and we had no visibility into what happened where.

Solution

Implemented Krishishastri across all 7 zones. Workers adopted the mobile PWA in Hindi within 1 week. Safety kernel active on all spray and harvest operations. Cost tracking started from Day 1.

Illustrative scenario (not a customer quote)

The kind of outcome we’re building toward: the Safety Kernel blocking an unsafe spray-before-harvest, and per-zone costing that finally shows what a kilogram of tomato actually costs to grow.
